We had an emergency with our cat. They were responsive and caring from the initial phone call until the end. . . We felt that everyone there truly cared, from the receptionist to the vet tech to the DVM. We are truly blessed to live in an area that has this level of care. They made a very hard choice and night the very best that it could be under the conditions and we are forever grateful.

I arrived at the vet at 6 am on a Sunday and waited 2.5 hours to be seen, but I think that’s fairly normal for any ER . . . The costs was surprisingly low, as well. I honestly don’t think the regular vet would have been any cheaper had this occurred during normal business hours. I’m grateful to have such an awesome ER vet so close to home!!

Going to an emergency vet is never a fun experience but these wonderful people were there for us twice. The first time we were able save our little old guy, the second time we weren’t but we honestly couldn’t have asked for better staff in navigating one of the worst experiences in life. They tried so hard to save him and when it was time to say good bye, they were so kind and understanding. . .

We had a need for an emergency vet while visiting in Colorado.  We were so lucky to find Veterinary Specialists of the Rockies… We brought our pup in and were so pleased with the quality of service and how well our baby was treated. The owner Dr. Rector took the time to explain everything to us and to calm our fears. Highly recommend this place!

From the time I arrived, their staff was prompt, accommodating, and compassionate. They quickly took Bruno to be assessed, and their amazing care saved his life. . . . I’ve already recommended them to my friends in the area, and I just can’t say enough great things about my experience. And while I hope I never find myself in another pet emergency situation, I have no doubt I’ll put my trust in the pros at Veterinary Specialists of the Rockies.

The staff here are so wonderful and patient. . . I wish I could take my dogs here for normal vet visits; they are truly that caring. While we are still in the healing stages with our girl, I cannot be more grateful for this emergency vet hospital and thank them for all they have done. We highly recommend them!

My dog had serious medical issues and Veterinary Specialists of the Rockies took such great care of him, and me!  From the initial exam through procedures and post-operative care, my dog’s wellbeing was always the priority. Communication was excellent and every person I interacted with treated us with professionalism and respect.

Stephanie is great. So is the rest of the staff. Super helpful. Took my dog here at 2:00 AM… They were exceptional.

We called Veterinary Specialists of the Rockies and the front desk was very helpful in getting us an appointment on very short notice. We were absolutely blown away by Dr. Arthur and her team including Elsa. She was so kind and compassionate to Walnut, she listened closely to our concerns and questions, and took time to explain everything to us and to help us understand our options. . .

I would recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet(s) and wants the best care possible for them. The staff from when you walk in, to the technicians to the veterinarians are friendly, caring and very helpful. I especially want to thank Ashley for all her help…

Polite, professional and caring staff. Kept us informed and comfortable. Hope I don’t have to come back but good to know they are here.
