Appointments
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, you can call us now at 303.660.1027 or bring your pet in immediately to our 24/7/365 emergency vet hospital. We invite you to make an appointment now for any of your pet’s specialty medical needs including internal medicine, veterinary surgery, oncology, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, or acupuncture by calling us at 303.660.1027.

You may fill out our client and patient registration form online.
Or download the form and fill it out to bring with you to your first appointment.
If this is an emergency, you can also fill out the paperwork upon your arrival.
For your first appointment, please also bring the following items with you:
- Your pet’s medical history from your family veterinarian. You may also have your family veterinarian email this to us before your appointment at records@vsrockies.com.
- Any bloodwork or x-rays not already included in the health record from your vet
- A list of your pet’s current medications, including dosage and frequency
- The name of your pet’s food along with any dietary restrictions
