Logan grew up in Virginia Beach, VA. Her dream of being in the veterinary field began in childhood, but she only realized in college that she wanted to be a veterinary technician over being a veterinarian.

Logan graduated from Wilson College in 2008 with a B.S in Veterinary Medical Technologies and a minor in Biology and obtained her license in early 2009. She was in general practice until 2014 when she moved into emergency medicine in San Diego, CA and has never looked back. Logan loves emergency medicine and worked to achieve VTS (ECC) certification in 2021. She has a special passion for cats, especially those who are difficult to handle within the hospital setting. Logan also enjoys training and passing along knowledge while also working toward making this career sustainable for future generations. As a firm believer in continuing education, she is CPR-Rescuer, Fear Free, and Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional certified and is working towards additional certifications!

In her down time, she enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities, including hiking, surfing, snowboarding, camping, off-roading, SCUBA, and more and likes to take pictures of pretty places and things during these adventures. When not out and about, Logan enjoys building things and hanging out with her partner and their two dogs and two cats.
