Due to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the Furry Scurry will now be a virtual walk! Please check back soon for updated information on this event.
Please join us in Denver’s beautiful Washington Park on Saturday, May 2nd for this year’s Furry Scurry.
The Dumb Friends League’s signature fundraising event benefits homeless pets and is the most popular annual dog walk in Denver. Whether you’re a Furry Scurry veteran or this is your first year to join us, we can’t wait to see you and your leashed pups!
As the Furry Scurry First Aid (bronze) sponsor, Veterinary Specialists of the Rockies will be on hand to help with any unexpected injuries. We also invite you to stop by our tent to visit with our team and learn more about our emergency and specialty veterinary hospital.
Don’t have a dog (yet)? Not to worry – anyone can attend. Race or ramble at a relaxed pace for the two-mile walk or fun run. Experience unique pet-related items at the flea-less market and join in contests like ‘best tail wag’ or ‘best pet trick’ in a festival-like atmosphere. Walk, eat, or grab a beer in the beer garden—all to help pets looking for their ‘furever’ homes.
Registration and a pancake breakfast start for people and their pooches at 7:30am, or come for the run and walk starting at 9am. Learn more on the official event site.
