Registration is open for the 29th year at furryscurry.org for Furry Scurry 2022. At this yearly fundraiser supporting Denver Dumb Friends League, participants can walk, run, or scurry on a two-mile trek around Wash Park in Denver. Alternatively, people and pets (including feline friends) have the option of joining remotely through May 31. In either case, your participation helps the Dumb Friends League provide specialized and compassionate care for the animals who need it most.
Following the walk/fun run on May 7, the event continues with a family-friendly festival, including a Flealess Market, activities, and for the first time ever, a beer garden. As the event’s Dog First Aid Sponsor, we will be on-site to support pets and their people. If you have questions or would like to discuss your pet’s health, call us at 303.660.1027. In addition, our emergency and specialty vet hospital is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Visit furryscurry.org to learn more, including fundraising tips, information on forming a team and other ways to get involved. Also, to learn more about the Dumb Friends League, visit ddfl.org. Each year, Denver Dumb Friends League helps more than 19,000 homeless pets and horses by providing warm shelter, food, and medical attention. Your Furry Scurry 2022 registration fee, and other fundraising, make these essential services possible for animals in need.
