I arrived at the vet at 6 am on a Sunday and waited 2.5 hours to be seen, but I think that’s fairly normal for any ER . . . The costs was surprisingly low, as well. I honestly don’t think the regular vet would have been any cheaper had this occurred during normal business hours. I’m grateful to have such an awesome ER vet so close to home!!

We had an emergency with our cat. They were responsive and caring from the initial phone call until the end. . . We felt that everyone there truly cared, from the receptionist to the vet tech to the DVM. We are truly blessed to live in an area that has this level of care.
